Looking for an insights + strategy professional with experience in designing shopper communication at the new Shopper Marketing team at Bates.

- Ideally, you'll have a background in behaviour studies / anthropology / retail design strategy.

- You'll be conversant with the vocabulary of shopper marketing and be able to engage with Brand + Customer Marketing teams on the client side.

- Even as a specialist, you'll be expected to tackle strategic brand challenges from time to time and weave your solution as part of the integrated campaign.
