Want to be part of the most disruptive and fastest growing E-Commerce Company in India with a world-class team, long-term vision, and tier-one VCs backing it :  ShopClues is looking for smart and Dynamic Senior Manager - Digital Analytics for its Gurgaon Office.   Responsibilities :   - Manage tagging and implementation process for web analytics tools (Omniture / DTM)   - Automation of MIS for empowered decision making and strategy formulation  - Work closely with senior analyst throughout the project and suggest appropriate statistical framework for the business problem  - Work with the business teams to operationalize the analytics solution for problems in areas of Digital analytics, Customer Engagement and Experience, Web Analytics and Advanced Forecasting techniques.  - Creating and refine processes documents such as Tag implementation, Site Auditing   Skillset :  - Working knowledge of Tag Management/Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/SAS  - Strong understanding of Online Marketing, Acquisition Channels and e-Commerce  - Have working experience of projects on customer segmentation, channel attribution, churn prediction, product affinity etc.  - Strong understanding of various econometric models used in Machine learning and their usage in solving business problems  - Understanding of integration with third party tools to gather data for Digital Marketing analysis  -Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy. Adept at using MS Excel. Possesses an understanding of other data analysis & Statistical tools like R / SAS / SQL / Tableau and is able to visualise projects using these.  - Partner with internal resources including Marketing, Channel, Category, and Product teams to identify business needs and gather requirements for the implementation plans  - Develop the design, test and execution plans for optimization of data analytics suite and automation of internal processes   - Someone who leads by example and provides mentorship to a high performing young team. Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision & who communicates the vision well for the reporting team
