Want to be part of the most disruptive and fastest growing E-Commerce Company in India with world-class team, long-term vision, and tier-one VCs backing it!!  As Manager - Talent Acquisition you will be responsible :  - Manage end to end recruitment's from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter  - Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that TAT is met.  - Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JDs & device the action plan.  - Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications  - Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, interview, offer release to On boarding.  - Create active pipeline for critical positions by researching and contacting, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites  - As per the staffing plan, exploring innovative methods to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target. Executing the sourcing plan by interacting with stakeholders.  - Collaborating with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives, managing the existing relationships efficiently, articulating the current requirements in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensuring success of the recruitment initiatives.  - Responsible for proper utilization of sourcing channels (employee referrals, campus, naukri, linkedin, vendors)  - Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. Maintaining record for total number of joiners/offers in market, hiring status (open/closed positions), break-up between tools used (employee referral, direct, agency)
