Position: Manager - CRM- Looking for Push notifications
Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
1. Define the CRM roadmap, key metrics and overall retention strategy for the brand
2. Manage end-to-end campaign aimed at engaging existing customer base through relevant communications. The overall objective is to drive customer retention and loyalty
3. Collaboratively preparing recommendations on targeted offers based on insights derived from analytics and designing a multi-channel communication plan
4. Formulate customer segments, buckets, analyze data and strategize marketing program to increase customer retention, repeat buys and increase revenue growth
5. Increase bucket wise growth across platforms - Desktop, mobile website and app
6. Develop forecasts, measurement plans, reporting and results analysis
7. Provide messaging and creative expression direction to copywriters and designers for emailer, sms and push notifications
Desired background:
1. Master's in Business, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
2. 5-6 years- experience in CRM and database marketing in an e-commerce company
Desired Competencies:
1. Hands on experience on various CRM tools
2. Extremely data driven and analytical in approach
3. Ability to work independently, think creatively, solve problems and take initiative
4. Strong project management skills
5. Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
