Category Head  - As a Category Head you will be a part of next big revolution at Shopclues.com.  - You will be responsible for Revenue generation.  - You will work very closely with the top management team at Shopclues to identify and generate such avenues.  Key Goals:  - Develops and drives strategy and growth of category.  - Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.  - Manages category inventory plans.  - Manages profit and loss (P&L) and financial forecasting for category.   - Oversees new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for the category.  - Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships   - Provides overall direction for category team  - Driving key brand relations and strategic partnership with major brands in respective category.  Qualification and Experience:   - 5 years of experience in online platform monetization and revenue generation.  - MBA from Tier 1 B School preferred.  - Experience in category management, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field.  - Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills.  - Good industry knowledge.
