Position : Category Analytics  KRA's :  - An e-commerce business analyst is required to measure the success of a company's online retail presence in different verticals of the business.   - They analyze and report changes in online sales to a team of e-commerce managers so they are well-informed when making business decisions.   - Candidate must be highly organized, technically-minded and an excellent communicator as they transform complicated charts of online data into valuable information.   - They are expected to present clearly to a variety of people from Top Management and advertising managers to customer service agents.   - The day-to-day work of an e-commerce business analyst is often full-time at the computer with some meetings.   - The data they gather includes sales, rankings, customer reviews and the standing of a company's online competition.  Skill Sets :   - MBA (Fresher or 1 year prior work experience in related areas - profiles like Business Analysts, Sr. Business Analysts, etc.)   - Good academic background (above 80% in all stages preferred - Class X, Class XII, UG, PG) - Should be very good with numbers.   - Clear thought process and ability to take ownership and drive business.  Gunjan
