Experience: 2+Years   - The role involves driving new app user acquisition & driving app re-engagements and retention through mobile app marketing.  Responsibilities:   - Drive new customer acquisition through mobile app platform.  - Drive mobile app installs through digital media including Facebook, adwords and different affiliates.  - Understand and manage customer engagement & retention on mobile App   - Drive and manage App reviews and ratings   - Expert in CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM and other payment models.  - Understanding of retention cohorts and LTV.  - Optimize the campaigns- Setup Analytics and take data-driven decisions.  - Understanding of relevant tools like analytics tools like GA, omniture and 3rd party tracking tools likes Tune, appsflyer, apsalar would be added advantage.  Desired Skills:   - Previous experience in driving business through mobile app is a must   - High ownership of work and a proven record of working with projects to completion.   - The ideal candidate is technical and analytical.  - A good understanding of digital marketing including prior experience in performance marketing.   - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.   - Candidate with ecommerce experience will be preferred.
