- As Assistant Communications & Design Manager, you are in charge of conceptualizing the best way of communicating the category's range and offers across mediums.   - You will need to constantly stay abreast of the latest trends in the category, and create innovative and effective communication strategies to engage users.   - You are the main stakeholder who understands the strategic goals of the category and ensures that an effective communication strategy is implemented to achieve those goals.   - You define the imagery, tonality and brand personality of the category and ensure that we maintain consistency and freshness across all the different platforms.   Role & Responsibilities :  - Drive communication and creative execution across all the touch points   - Create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, online/offline marketing, email, co-Marketing with partners, etc.  - Regularly incorporate the latest trends specific to the category into marketing strategy to keep user engagement high  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :  - You love to collaborate with a larger team of strategic ideators, copywriters and designers to create strategic and tactical marketing campaigns   - Strong Account Planning, Ideation, design visualization and communication skills  - You are plugged into the latest trends in media and technology and possess an ability to weave them into your campaigns  - 3-5 years of experience of branding & communication with a leading marketing agency or with an eCommerce brand.  Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
