Marketing Campaigns  - As a category marketer, you are responsible to identify, define and execute marketing campaigns for your category  - Stakeholder management, effective end to end planning, wireframe design and efficient tracking of campaign metrics will be part of any such campaign  2. Business Metrics  - You are responsible to get quality traffic to category through performance marketing and on site merchandising  - Drive and own business KBMs such as conversion, orders and GMV among others  3. Marketing Intelligence  - Be the eye of the consumer and feed category with intelligent marketing insights to grow the category  - Stay up to date with new and best marketing practices and implement the same internally  - Agile competition mapping across catalogue width, depth and quality; along with marketing campaigns  4. Analytics  - Day to day data driven decision making   - In depth analysis of performance, publish learnings and incorporate in future campaigns  Desired Skills and Experience  - MBA with ~2 year experience or non MBA, Fashion Graduate with 4 year experience (Fashion Graduate + MBA is a match made in heaven)  - Experience in fashion and lifestyle categories is preferred  - Exposure to digital marketing channels across Facebook, search marketing, email, app notification etc.  - Highly analytical - data driven marketing and decision making is a must  - Proficient with MS Office tools esp. Excel and PowerPoint  - Effective team player, strategic thinker and problem solver
