Background to the role: Shop101 is currently in a dynamic mode of growth and progression. We are looking to separately drive our two business - Reselling Marketplace and Ecommerce Platform. In this role, the candidate would be responsible for driving performance marketing and retention for the Reselling Marketplace. Responsibilities: A) Growth Hacking: - Complete ownership of entire user lifecycle, from acquisition, activation, retention, engagement to reactivation across segments - End to end responsibility of running marketing campaigns, offers and other tactical campaign to improve cost of acquisition, retention and overall Contribution Margin - Identify industry level trends and insights to dynamically leverage the consumer behaviour before competition - Work collaboratively with the product marketing team in improving key conversion metrics through user journey improvement - Data, Feedback and insight driven strategy formation to capitalize on opportunities for retention and optimization at every stage - Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, marketing ops and creative to meet ambitious growth target - Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth B) Drive marketing efficiency by: - Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing cost of acquisition, retention and revenue per user. - Key Metrics : Cost of customer acquisition, User Retention, GMV, Contribution Margin C) Develop effective marketing communication by : - Understanding product portfolio and offerings working with category teams. - Ideate &amp; conceptualize new marketing and communication ideas resulting in marketing effectiveness. D) Visualize and drive the development of the required analytics dashboards and insight tools (working with the engineering and product team). Skill Set : - Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of performance marketing, retention, influencer marketing, partnerships and other hacks to drive growth. - Exposure to marketing automation and retention improvement tools. - Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Mix Panel, google analytics etc - Expertise in building &amp; developing teams. - Ability to understand &amp; appreciate the operational challenges of the business. - Willingness to work under demanding and highly performance driven work environment. - Ability to work with a cross-functional team across sales, product development, engineering and operations. Work Experience :&nbsp;5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Retention/Digital Marketing domain Qualifications:&nbsp;Graduate or Post graduate who has worked with start-ups
