- Analyze and interpret data; synthesize information from a variety of sources and zero down the right approach to be used to solve the business problem.
- Translate business problems into an analytical problem and analytical output to a business decision.
- Develop actionable insights from user attributes & behavioral data and thereby create measurable impact
- Reporting ownership of periodic performance for company KPI/ metrics - Balanced Scorecard.
- Deliver internal continuous improvement projects, with a focus on automation to churn out report faster, and driving operational improvements
- Analyze historical to identify trends, variances, and benchmarks, and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Create reports, maintains and distributes management reports as directed by business leaders
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests on an as-needed basis.
- Improve data accuracy, viability and value by improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality.
- Directly engage with internal business stakeholders, gather requirements and manage communication
- Excellent problem-solving skillsets with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable analyses
- Creating dashboards for business heads by exploring available data assets.
