ACCOUNTS HEAD

Shivom group is having Iron Ore Beneficiation plant and proposing to enter into joint venture agreement with three Sponge Iron Plants units shortly. Besides this, it is also engaged in Iron Ore and steel trading. Current turnover is about 500 crores and likely to be double in coming two years. In view of business expansion, it is looking for a candidate as a Head of the Accounts Department in the group. The eligible candidate may apply with full particulars and the details of existing remuneration.

01. Qualification : - Minimum qualification must be a CA., additional qualification of Company Secretary will be preferred.

- He should be well versed with accounting norms and Tax laws.

- The knowledge of Company Act is optional but preferred.

02. Experience : - Minimum 10 years with a Medium/Large Company.

- Candidates of similar position as Head of department will get preference.

03. Age : Preferably, below 50 years.

04. Job Descriptions : 

- To supervise day to day accounts.

- To finalize annual audited accounts.

- Routine compliance of all taxes.

- To comply with annual and periodical tax assessment.

- Effective liasoning with Taxation department, Auditor and Consultants.

- To prepare regular MIS reports including monthly Balance Sheet.

05. Remuneration : As per qualification and experience.
