Business Analyst -Credit(Technology Team)

Roles and Responsibility :

- Translate functional requirements into BRDs and eventually into suggestive solution/design from the product's perspective.

- Act as a bridge between Business Teams (Credit) and Technology.

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Finacle.

- Should be aware of change management process.

- Working closely with the Customization team on Finacle batch jobs, parameters, customization capabilities etc. which can eventually be utilized to meet the business needs.

- Validate testing of BRD based customizations, with the Credit Tech team.

Qualifications :

- BCA / MCA /B.Tech / M.tech

Other Desirable Requirements :

- Basic Knowledge of credit functions

- Detailed knowledge of NPA Norms

- Extensive functional exposure(credit/ops), more practical than theoretical

- Finacle experience is a must.
