Purpose of Job:
- To work directly with the President on setting up of processes and policies across the University for faculty, staff and students, and assisting him in matters of strategic importance to the University through academic and non-academic analytics and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing key academic reports to monitor academic achievements and progress, and also non-academic reports for controlling costs or finding redundancies in University operations
- Developing the framework for policy documents, liaising with concerned departments, creating communication plan for release of the policy and managing change.
- Developing process frameworks for the University as a whole - delivering them through IT App, monitoring them and managing communications and training for organizational wide change
- Program management of key university events such as Registration of Admissions, Convocation, VVIP Visits, etc.
- Working on several strategic projects from time to time like financial sustainability of the University, website development, ERP implementation, etc.
- Leading partnerships and sales for providing University infrastructure for external training and events.
