Job Description Company : Shipyaari Location : Mumbai Shipyaari is a logistics and shipping company based in India that provides logistics solutions for e-commerce businesses. We're looking for a Growth/Acquisition Product Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and acquisition of new customers for our products and services. Responsibilities : 1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers for our logistics and shipping solutions 2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop products and services to meet those needs 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective acquisition campaigns 4. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and use those insights to inform product development and marketing strategies 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. KPIs - DAU, MAU, Sign-ups, CPA, CRO Requirements : 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, tech or a related field from tier 1 institutes preferred 2. 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or acquisition roles 3. Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and logistics and shipping solutions preferred 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams 7. Proven track record of driving growth and acquisition for products and services 8.
