Key Functional Areas of Responsibility: - Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms for Shiprocket X. - Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. - Manage the creation of relevant keyword lists, ideas, etc. - Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. - Improve Quality Score, ad rank, and other important factors for maximum conversions and account goals. - Liaison with the content team to build high-quality landing pages for ads. - Provide oversight and manage new paid campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives. - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with the company's goal. - Understanding of marketing automation campaigns and platforms is required. Professional Skills & Qualifications: - 1-3 years experience in running integrated campaigns via SEM, marketing automation via SMS, Email, Webpush, etc - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools. - Experience with marketing automation platforms - Intercom, Webengage, etc - Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc). - AdWords / Bing certification is a plus.
