Responsibilities:

- Growth Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and executing growth initiatives for assigned business/product line

- Needs to work with business, product teams as well as internal marketing functional teams to create and execute channel wise plans to achieve growth objectives

- Needs to have strong knowledge of paid acq channels - Google, FB and working knowledge of CRM tools to be able to have output led conversations with functional teams

- Needs to has to build and drive strategy based on inputs generated through competition benchmarking and customer interaction + data led insights

- Needs to will be responsible for preparing a plan and presenting channel wise reporting of performance of campaigns and initiatives

- Ideal profile : Growth/Category manager in e-Commerce industry/digital business with 4-5 years of work experience
