Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for managing all aspects of Logistics &amp; SCM Operation of Shiprocket starting with Primary Logistics, First Mile Operations, Last Mile Operations, 3PL Logistics Service provider Management, Introduction of new 3PL Vendors, Reverse Logistics Management, Introduction of new 3PL processing centre &amp; DC, Controlling RTO &amp; Implementation Of SCM SOPs. Logistics Management (3PL management) - Driving Pickup SLA Delivery SLA for all courier companies, driving the same through process and product improvement - Reducing RTO% for clients through innovation in process and product - Negotiate with 3PL Service Providers in terms of Cost &amp; TAT - Introduction of local/regional 3PL providers for better proximity &amp; cost advantage - RL (Reverse Logistics) Management from Customers - Liaison with Service Provider &amp; Commercial regarding Bill Checking, Payments &amp; reconciliation/COD reconciliation. - Resolve Vendor grievances &amp; claims against Vendors/Customers/Distributors - RL (Reverse Logistics) Management from Customers - Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on business KPIS
