Salary offered : 20-25 LPA Job Responsibilities : - Head Logistics Operations - The person should understand Ecommerce pick up operations - Should be able to track shipments - Should understand Ecommerce delivery operations - Should understand After delivery operations (POD/COD collection/COD remittance) - Should be able to work on MIS preparation and analysis - Should be able to reconcile charged weight of shipments and Query resolution - Should be able to coordinate with customers & resolve their issues - Should understand Ecommerce operations cycle - Should have good geographical knowledge - Should understand the management of exceptions (Damages/Delay in connectivity/Delayed deliveries/ Non-COD remittance) - Preferably from Ecommerce industry (3- 4 years- experience at-least) - Must understand Ecommerce business & operations cycle - Thorough knowledge of B2C (Ecommerce) field operations activities - Sound knowledge of MS Excel (Data analysis) - Good communication (Written & Verbal) & coordination skills - Must be able to interact with Courier partners effectively & resolve queries.
