- Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders

- Work with existing base of clients and to further enhance the overall panel experience

- Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service.

- Keep records of customer interactions details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the business tool.

- Working closely with other teams to meet the clients' expectations
