Job Role :

- Quality review / Scrutiny of GAAP ledger at month end with accounts reconciliation.

- Review the accrual of cost & revenue and there subsequent impact in books .

- Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting.

- Balance Sheet consolidation and finalization on bi-annual basis

- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

- Tax compliances - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns and improvement in backup files & processes.

- Credit and collection control - conceptualise and implement an effective credit policy and collection process Considering the nature of business and stakeholders involved.

- Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls.

- Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system.

- Set up Budgetary Control process

- Preparing various kind of MIS reports

- Preparing financial statements
