Shinex - Studio Acquisition Head

Job Description:

Shinex Glass Mosaics, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality glass mosaics, is seeking a Studio Acquisition Head to join our team in MIDC Butibori, Nagpur. As the Studio Acquisition Head, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and fostering relationships with studios and interior design professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage and establish partnerships with interior design studios and professionals to promote Shinex Glass Mosaics' products and grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Studio Identification: Identify interior design studios, architects, and other relevant professionals in the Nagpur region who could potentially use Shinex Glass Mosaics' products in their projects.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the interior design and architecture community. This includes studio owners, project managers and designers.

3. Product Presentation: Educate studios and professionals about Shinex Glass Mosaics' product offerings, features, benefits and applications. Provide product samples and conduct presentations as needed.

4. Solution Customization: Collaborate with studios and professionals to understand their specific project requirements and customize glass mosaic solutions to meet their design needs.

5. Sales and Promotion: Drive sales by promoting Shinex Glass Mosaics' products and services. Create sales strategies, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and customer feedback. Present findings to the management team.

8. Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support and assist studios and professionals in the selection, installation and maintenance of Shinex Glass Mosaics' products.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in business, marketing or a related field (from IMT, IIM, NIT or Top Autonomous Colleges ).

- Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar role, particularly in the interior design or construction industry.

- Strong network within the Nagpur interior design and architecture community is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
