Shiksha Finance - Technical Project Manager - Software

Job description

1. Min 7+ Yrs of experience in the BFSI sector

2. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

3. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality and Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

4. Experience in Retail lending systems and Products.

5. Database( SQL Server/Oracle) working experience along with the web application (Java/PHP/.Net)

6. Having expertise in Server Hosting and Management

7. Experience in Python, R are preferable

8. Handled the minimum team of 5

Note: Candidates with a short notice period are most preferred.

Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager

1. Establish and implement training processes and strategies

2. Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

3. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

4. Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

5. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

6. Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

7. Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department

8. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
