Purpose & Accountabilities - To manage a team of 6 Specialists with the following scope: - To be the GSOM custodian and to design and maintain the Global Standard Organizational Model (GSOM) - To effectively coordinate with multiple senior stakeholders in implementing global projects impacting GSOM (such as World Class Finance phases, new Migrations etc.) - To look for more opportunities to increase the scope and skill of the team and team members - To be an SME in access provisioning process with exposure in multiple ERP systems - To be an expert and analyze and identify SOD conflicts and action accordingly with appropriate mitigation controls - Be an expert advisory for ERP super users, end users and ensure 100% GSOM compliance - Identify suitable CI opportunities within and outside the Org Design team by gaining End to End knowledge of the access provisioning process - Monitoring the execution of SOX controls and ensure timely completion - Monitor KPIs and ensure it is meaningful and meeting the agreed targets Skills & Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in any Financial Management processes - Strong Team Managerial skills with at least 3+ years of managing a team of 4 or more members - Preferred Working experience in SAP ERP Access Management, Access roles design, SAP security, SAP GRC - Proven Stakeholder, Communication and Project Management skills - Candidate having worked as techno-functional roles (SAP) would be an added advantage Kadhir 9595855988 / 9008475114
