This would give exposure to different businesses and different facets across a business and build even stronger multi-sector external network including all types of investors, development sector institutes and government. Principal Accountabilities: - Develop opportunities to leverage Indian investment for SF partners; - Identify and build relationships with Indian co-funders interested in using venture philanthropy to co-develop new initiatives; - Assist selected SF partners with fundraising from non-SF sources, being equity, grant or debt; - Support SF Communications team to deliver strategic messaging and build the profile of SF and its partners in India; lead collective market building; - Develop and manage a network of India based external stakeholders, including Government, corporations and international NGOs, to both promote SF's way of working as well as efforts to enhance social performance; - Assist with the identification and selection of new enterprises/start-ups in India, consistent with SF's strategic focus areas; - Lead, develop and manage local Shell Foundation staff as needed providing support to SF lines of business, ensuring compliance with SF procedures and agreements. Requirements : Expertise and Qualifications Required: &nbsp;- 10 years broad experience in the development and/or business sectors, ideally including energy and/or mobility. - Good understanding of the investment landscape in India with linkages to both funders and businesses. - A keen interest in the mission of SF and its business approach to development
