- The Head of Marketing will be an evangelist for reimagining Shaze as a brand defining and leading their online and offline strategy with the objectives of creating a strong pull to the brand, delivering a superior customer experience - resulting into better conversion cycles and building Shaze Community & conceptualizing the experiential marketing for the brand for better reach and engagement.

- The incumbent will work closely with the Managing Director and CEO of the company to drive all related efforts.

- In a nutshell, the incumbent will be accountable for giving Voice to the Brand by creating world class Experience and Engagement for the customers.

What you will do :

- Creating and Building Shaze's Digital Strategy

- Drive and Deliver on customer experience and content strategy

- Build an effective communication design framework including the brand guidelines and campaigns for online and offline communication

- Develop a strong network of partners/agencies on activities of media planning, public relations, and advertising

- Leverage on consumer insights and analytics to drive decisions on tactical and strategic initiatives

- Build an engaged and inspired marketing team

You need to have :

- 8-12 years of impactful experience in Lifestyle or New Age brands

- Sound grasp on Content and impeccable understanding on customer engagement, customer experience and community building

- Highest level of Digitally savviness with ROI mindset

- Highly innovative and disruptive approach

- Excellent communication skills
