- Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, and taking responsibility for the departments performance against targets.
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
- Identifying valuable emerging markets, accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
- Forming sales strategies to keep Shaze competitive and innovative.
Education: MBA in Sales or Business Administration (Full Time only from Reputed University)
- 10 -20 years Experience in B2B Sales (Age min 40 yrs)
