Sharekhan - Senior Manager - Product - Digital Strategy

Direct Responsibilities :

- The position is responsible for developing/improving a variety of application-based products and features across all of the digital platforms. Responsibilities will include managing the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products.

- Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing

- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

- Support the maintenance of existing products, working with numerous stakeholders to reposition products for the purpose of enhancing commercial performance

- Participate in market research, validation, and conduct analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities

- Use analytics to drive adoption

- Help create and maintain key reference documents, related to new product ideas and existing product suite.

- Draft work flows and Business Requirements Documents, prepare use cases and undertake UAT

- Coordination with IT, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Back Office for the implementation of products

Contributing Responsibilities :

- Work with the teams to design and articulate product priorities and longer term product strategy, including critical gap analysis

- Work with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues

- Work with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization

- Engage with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation

- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
