- Collaborate with IT Project Managers and Business owners to coordinate and manage project delivery specific issues, changes and risks
- Responsible for the project schedule tracking, risks and dependencies in collaboration with the IT project managers
- Participate and execute project planning, estimating, budgeting, resource allocation in collaboration with IT teams, HR, Finance and compliance functions
- Resources tracking and management based on the work load, work allocation and projects prioritization
- Project Management in order to Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan / quality
- Track the working process and evaluate its effectiveness, utilization of resources and productivity
- Validate project specific documentation is complete, accurate, verified with the governance functions
- Ensure that all project-related activities and measures comply with company standards, policies and procedures
- Working on the business transformation and strategic initiatives supporting the PMO head and the leadership
- Support in building the PMO standards, processes and templates, and ensure its adherence to best practice
- Participate in PMO processes refinement to enhance productivity, maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Support in designing and implementing strategic road map for PMO department considering both medium and long term scenario in alignment with the overall organization's objective and vision
- Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes)
- Collect data, analyze and provide statistics or metrics for management reporting
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
