- Human Resource Business Partner
- Manpower Planning & Budget in alignment with business
- HR Interventions
- Grievance/Escalation Handling
- Periodically Employee Connect
- Personal Development Plan
- Business Dashboards/MIS
- Performance Appraisal Management
- Talent Management
- Succession Planning, Mobility, Change Management
- Pulse Surveys and Driving Action Plans
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and develop pool of qualified candidates across assigned region for each requirement
- Documentation and joining formalities before cut offs
Compliance:
- Adherence to Group, Company & HR Policy
- Highlight non-adherence cases through appropriate channel/process on immediate basis
- Policy governance
- Contribute and ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activity and learning and development activity / initiative as per company calander.
- Payroll activities
- Share attendance inputs for payroll processing
- Coordinate to get the payroll queries resolved
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Interact with Stakeholders through weekly/monthly meetings.
- Employee life cycle management through HR interventions
- Employee engagement activities
- CSR activities
- Ability to ensure compliance as per organizational requirements.
