Talent Acquisition :
- Source and develop pool of qualified candidates across assigned region for each requirement
- Documentation and joining formalities before cut offs
Compliance:
- Adherence to Group, Company & HR Policy
- Highlight non-adherence cases through appropriate channel/process on immediate basis
- Policy governance
- Contribute and ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activity and learning and development activity / initiative as per company calander.
Payroll activities:
- Share attendance inputs for payroll processing
- Coordinate to get the payroll queries resolved
