AVP - Digital Marketing (SEO & Organic Growth)
- Managing SEO campaign expenses estimated monthly costs and reconciled discrepancies to maximize budget.
- Set SEO performance goals and measure them using KPIs, such as organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, and click-through rate.
- Optimize web content, SERP, and landing pages using data collected from SEO analysis and research.
- Supervise a team of SEO specialists and oversee the implementation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies Performed ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to increase organic search footprint and drive relevant site traffic.
- Research and analyzed competitor website and advertising links to gain insight into new strategies.
- Collaborate with IT & Content team to investigate critical SEO-related issues and provided impactful solutions.

Website Management:
- Manage and own the strategy for the website.
- Responsible for web analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various tracking tools.
- Create and enhance journeys for our persona's on the website that facilitate the achievement of KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioral data.
- Web Development: coordinate, manage, and execute ongoing website development projects from a marketing perspective in partnership with internal resources and external agencies.
- Stakeholder Management: serve as the primary liaison between IT and various marketing stakeholders.
- Technical: develop and manage website/CMS governance & processes for the business, plus marketing automation tools.
- Local SEO: Managing Sharekhan networks and generating digital footprints.
Content:
- Developing and executing successful SEO content strategies
- Monitoring keyword ranking
- Performing and managing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience and brand identity.
- Staying ahead of the trends, strategies and tactics within SEO and digital marketing (AMP, algorithm changes, etc.)
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency & optimize content according to SEO.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
