Sharekhan - AVP - Business Development & Operations

- Graduate/PG, with minimum of 7 years work experience

- Middle-level management experience, which should ideally include a proposition manager or a supporting role in sales and distribution of third party products.

- Some experience in setting up and/or managing a segment will be important.

- Should be able to navigate in a matrix environment, and also have the ability to mobilize resources and teams.

- Exposure to HNI clients and their buying behavior is an added plus.

- Strong communication skills

What does the job entail :

- Launching the proposition in India

- Taking this to market via pilot programmes

- Engaging with alliance partners to develop the features and benefits of the proposition

- Identifying opportunities to enhance the offering continuously in a cost conscious manner

- Interaction with the RMs and customers for feedback and improvement

- Providing continual Sales and operational support to the team.
