ShARE is a disruptive start-up in the field of education and strategy consulting. Structured as a hybrid organization - a virtual university and a strategy consulting boutique - ShARE offers a rigorous leadership program to 600 bright university students across 15 countries.

ShARE consulting currently works with ExCo level (e.g., VP strategy, marketing and innovation, etc) of large multinationals on strategy cases related the - new world- emerging markets and emerging business models and technologies. We don- t work on re-organisation and don- t do PMO!

Role of the Project Lead

We are looking for a Project Lead, with top-tier consulting skills and who is passionate about changing the world and growing young talents. The role includes the following responsibilities:

- Manage our consulting engagement with our clients

- Contribute to the thought leadership agenda

- Train the ShARE students and grow them as change makers

Requirements and Application

- Former Project Managers or Senior Consultants of Tier 1 consulting companies (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey)

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in consulting

- Work permit to work in Mumbai

- Fluency in English

Remuneration for Mumbai: - 70-80 k gross, 0-20% bonus depending on individual and collective performance +10% learning budget.
