Asst. Brand Manager / Manager Branding for Shantinath Detergent Private Limited

ACCOUNTABILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

1) Helping develop Marketing program for the organization in line with the overall business strategy

- Helping in Planning and developing marketing strategies for marketing activities by collecting and collating relevant sales, market trends, media and communication campaign data, competition activities.

- Understand brand strategy and work on and through various available internal and external database and published research and industry data available to provide analytical framework to help formulate brand building plans

2) Liaison with creative, media and research agencies and other vendors for effective execution of brand and visibility communications

- Help execute credible and on time brand communication through the different medium of TVC, Outdoors, BTL collaterals, POP, POSM and activations by continuous liaison and follow-up of the creative agency

- Help to ensure effective market research through agencies identified by preparation of stimulus, forwarding of inputs and liaison for deliverables within timeframe.

- Ensure continuous feedback from marketing and sales officers to understand the impact of the marketing program, communications and inputs and provide effective feedback to ensure fine-tuning marketing strategies

3) Record keeping for marketing activities and financial understanding of budgets

- Ensure proper marketing guard book upkeep of past activities and update with all latest activities with proper indexing to have the complete marketing execution library.

- Understand media budgets and ensure proper analysis and study of self and competition media spends(per data available) to recommend possible budgetary discretions to help fine tune the media spends

4) Self-development:

- Ensure self development modules are executed in discussion with Head Marketing with continuous review to understand updation of skills.

- Ensure proper self coaching and self-learning through continuous interaction with marketing and sales officers, the BTL manager, to understand market and economic insights better for improvement upon go-to-market strategies.
