SCS is looking forward to hiring a Marketing professional who specializes in strategizing, planning, executing and managing initiatives related to online marketing. This role gives you the wider arena to contribute on building an early stage digital brand presence with active engagement with the management. SCS is an inflection point having grown at 30% Y-O-Y for the last 3 years.

Key Skills:

1. Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Data Studio, Content Creation

2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing having worked with content creators, graphic designers, media agencies and led multiple digital campaigns individually

3. Excellent communication, vendor coordination and stakeholder management

4. Knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to drive brand growth and develop successful brand strategy

5.Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, market analysis and growth marketing

6. Ability to navigate in a fast paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup, manage and achieve SEO, SEM, Social Media Campaign and Ad performance goals and maximize ROI

2. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly performance review reports

3. Identify, define, manage and drive marketing initiatives for brand development in lines with the company growth strategy

4. Strategize and implement growth marketing campaigns using CRM marketing

5. Leverage data to understand user engagement and design insight driven integrated marketing campaigns to impact all the stages of the sales funnel and build brand image

6. Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners effectively
