Sales Assistant Manager & Manager Required ( Industrial Sales - Protective Coating ) - Shalimar Paints Ltd.

Location : Kolkata, Cuttack.

Job Responsibility :

1. Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities Of Depot.

2. Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction.

3. Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.

4. Evaluating depot performance & making action plans.

5. Conducting regular coaching & counselling for team members to build motivation & improve selling skills.

6. Manage branch.

7. Responsible for team management.

8. Responsible for Depot functioning.

9. Handle customer/dealer complaints.

10. Maintaining the collection index of the territory.
