Job Description

1. Responsible for the total quality / shipments in allotted factories

2. Co-ordinate and communicate with the General Manager / Factory Manager and Production Manager and sort out any clarifications on quality issues that are likely to arise before / during the production(with conducting internal pre production meeting).

3. In charge of Pre-final inspection of all the label in allotted ftys. the goods will be offered to the Q.A (Buyer) for Final Inspection with our pass inspection report only.

4. Reporting to the R&D Director/QAM on the production status and also on quality issues of each and every orders on a daily basis.

5. In charge of the initial Proto / Size set / Pilot runs / Interim/pre & Final Inspection of all direct Buyers.

6. Sampling Review comments are handled thru online PDM system

7. Doing qty of 150000 -300000 pcs per collection(knits),with 25 to 35 styles and with production lead time of 20 to 25 days.

8. Complete in charge and responsible for technical issues in sampling (for all divisions).

9. Sets and follow-up on SOP from cutting to packing and RSL procedures.

10. Complete in-charge for the muti style setup production units(mens top –shirts,Mens/womens – bottoms.

11. Complete in charge of sampling of all our Vendors.

12. In charge of final inspection

13. Should have handled GAP buyers
