Job Title - Internal Audit

Department - Finance & Accounts

Reporting to - CFO

Experience / Qualifications

- CA with above 10 years of experience of handling all Internal Audit Functions

Job Responsibilities

- Developing a comprehensive Internal Audit Plan through Integrated Audit Risk Assessment framework.

- Directing, planning, developing, supervising, executing and monitoring performance of risk-based operational, financial and IT reviews.

- Review, determine, identify and report any material deficiencies in internal controls, instances of non-compliances and need to develop new procedures for Management, Audit Committee and Risk Co-ordination.

- Participate in Integrated Risk Management Reporting and provide feedback to all the functional Co-ordinations.

- Perform, assist and support special audits and investigations as required by Management.

- Monitor and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations or agreed actions

- Lead, direct and motivate internal audit team members. Etc. as per necessity.

Desired Profile

- Candidate from any industry, preferably from textile/garments background

- Rich experience & knowledge of Internal Audit Related Matters

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Should have excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

Compensation - As per industry standards
