Company background : We are primarily a Mutual Fund distribution company with divisions specializing in Portfolio Management Services, Life Insurance & General Insurance. Our current business AUM growth is 25% year-on-year. We are in pursuit of advancing the company to the next level through inorganic business growth opportunities. To support this objective, we are on the lookout for a Business Development Head, with an entrepreneur mindset who could join us with a professional team and book of business.


Responsibilities-High level :


Driving inorganic growth for the organization by overseeing and coordinating the business development process to achieve company growth and long-term objectives.


Detailed :


- Create a business plan outlining clear goals to achieve.


- Identify and manage a strong business development team that can help in accomplishing the above company goals


- Provide professional leadership to the team and also ensure that the team is properly trained and represent the brand in the most ethical and effective manner


- As a part of the senior leadership team will work in close collaboration with them in high level decision making and strategic planning


Past Experience :


- Minimum 10 to 12 Years of experience in Business Development and relationship management in the Wealth Management Industry primarily covering Mutual Funds and PMS apart from other financial products.


- Experience in team building and their training that helps team members develop their skills.


- Experience in developing and managing an independent profit centre.

- Keen to adapt new ideas & suggestions.


Compensation : Will comprise of fixed and variable components and ESOP matching industry standards
