Job Responsibilities : - Identify best practices on supply chain operations and work with Product and Business teams on setting up successful implementation in operations. - Analyses the problem and come up with solutions to smoothen operations - Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams - Determine, measure & achieve supply chain KPIs - Suggest solutions for process improvements - Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner - Train, evaluate & improve team skills - Hustle to launch new facilities at optimum cost & aggressive speed - Proper training & mentorship to team to achieve desired results daily - Seamless handshake with cross functions like sales, client OPS, finance & resolve issues in quick turnaround time - Grow the territory business in conjunction with company growth plans Skills : - Team management - Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Demonstrates strong team working abilities and commitment Qualification : - Bachelors / Masters- Degree in any discipline (MBA from tier1/tier 2 college is a plus)
