ShadowFax - Warehouse Manager

Job Description :

1. Ensure seamless day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing and shipping of goods.

2. Implement best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment and shipping process.

3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. Recruit, Train.and Mentor a high-performing team of warehouse professionals.

5. Evaluate, Implement and Leverage Warehouse Management System(WMS) and other technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

6. Develop and Manage the Warehouse Operations budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.

7. Identify cost saving opportunities and implement measures to improve overall cost efficiency.

Qualification Required :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree/Engineering/MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience (8+years) in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

3. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain management, and logistics.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.

7. Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.

8. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
