Primary Work area: - Intra city Hyperlocal logistics in food and grocery delivery - Shadowfax operates with the leading food and grocery partners in the country delivering over a lakh order per day in the HL space. Operating across the top 15 cities, Shadowfax has an active fleet of 5000+ partners engaged in food and grocery deliveries in the country. The role pertains to engaging with the top HL clients in the industry and building for the next set of features to drive growth and stability Major items would include:- - Striving towards building a high quality cost effective fleet and delivery service - Prior experience of working with CxO level executives - Understanding client requirements and engaging with them for solutioning - Work on process flow diagrams and Business Requirement documents to further a business requirement - Analyse and prioritise a problem and build a business case to solve for problems - Build process flows that guide the rider through the app and minimise escalations - Build systems to promote cross utilisation of a single fleet among different workflows - Build for an easy to adapt app experience that solves for multiple work flows - Work with operations teams to identify immediate business problems and solve for them either via process changes or product changes - Work with product and tech team to build a long term roadmap for Hyperlocal operations - Serve as the first level of filter for any new client ask and solution for the same - Drive product adoption on any new rollout of a product - Engage with operations team to identify areas for improvement on cost, efficiency and rider experience - Build intuitive training modules that can serve as self learn platforms for the riders - Working closely with data science team to build for better match in demand supply and routing solutions that are apt to the business - Experience in the domain for intracity LCV networks, Intracity delivery of food and grocery would also be valuable
