As a Last Mile Manager You Will : Responsibilities: - This role will own the complete end-to-end-Operations, Design, Planning, and growth - of last Mile Network. - Work closely with multiple stakeholders -Finance, Legal, other internal / external stakeholders, and leadership teams to define, set-up and sustain the existing processes. - Work with Zonal teams to ensure existing networks are maintained in good health with best in class Customer experience. - Plan network expansion strategy to support Business Growth. - Work with other Product/ Technology teams to develop products in Last mile operations. - Model and plan the right incentive structure to encourage and drive positive behavior. Monitor adoption, fraud and put in place long term mechanisms to ensure growth as per compliance and norms. - Define and monitor key metrics on programs and work with respective program teams to drive necessary action with field teams, business and leadership teams, to achieve goals. - Own the business reporting of the LM execution and goals You Are : - MBA from a top tier university - Should have handled geographically dispersed teams - Excellent management, communication and reporting skills - Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations - Leadership and Team Management skills - Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience. - Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization
