ShadowFax - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (7-15 yrs)

- Conducting soft skills training for topics like Team Building, Situational Leadership, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Performance Feedback, Customer First, Conflict Management, Effective Delegation, Business Ethics, Managing Cost, Communication Skills etc.

- Planning, organizing and conducting orientation program along with Process Training - Classroom Training & on Job Training.

- Conduct process training for new joiner (Off Roll/On roll).

- New Hire Induction Training Management.

- Responsible for conducting the new hire induction batches for both on role as well as off role employees for the entire Rajasthan Region.

- Ensure compliance to standards / norms & highlight & bridge gaps if any.

- Share feedback (from the field FEs) & suggestions on process improvement idea with the relevant designated POCs and ensure closure on the feedback/Suggestions.

- Classroom training delivery, conducting sessions on soft skills, communications, Product & Process for all the existing employees for both delivery hubs as well as Market Place hubs.

- Soft skills as well as behavioral training for the all field executives to ensure more customer centric delivery.

- 2-way feedback sharing sessions with field executives.

- Share best practices for ensuring the best customer experience.

- Point of contact for all training related reports.

- Smooth transitions of new process roll out across Region within timeline as per operational requirements.

- Creating of daily tracking and session reports, monthly statistics and reports on executive feedback.

- Deploying planned transition processes, OJT and ensuring competency level meets business needs.

- Actively engage with the respective regions through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.

- Managing logistical needs for all the training programs, ensuring seamless delivery.

- Analyzing & identifying Training Needs through internal Quality & Ops reports.

- Preparing periodic Refresher Training Plan and Calendar. Executing of Refresher training.

- Designing the modules for training and updating the same periodically.

- Closely worked at hub level with all the field executives so that customer escalations could be reduced and to maintain better C-SAT scores.

- MIS reporting of training programs and sharing it with central team Records management.

- Facilitating POS device operating skill for all Field executives, TLs, Hub Managers & AM at the zonal level.
