Special Skills/Attributes: - In-depth knowledge of Fire Safety standards and specifications as per the statutory regulations pertaining to various Acts in India. - Manage the Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) policies and activities at multiple locations. - Strong Liaising skills - Exposure to Disaster Management techniques - Knowledge of building codes (NBC, BIS, NFPA, TAC, etc.) - Expert in performing risk assessment and defining strategy to mitigate risks / vulnerabilities - Background of ISO certificate implementation - Frequent Safety Audits, Inspections &amp; BBS (Behavior Based Safety) rounds in all departments/locations to improve awareness and Implement Corrective Action and Preventive Actions. - Expert in Hazard Identification Risk assessment (HIRA) - Should able to implement the standards across all properties by close coordination with Operations team through various training programs. - Good communication and Leadership skills. Key Responsibility - Provide strategic vision and direction by leading the corporate Fire Safety and EHS function. - Ensure adherence to defined security processes and systems for all office/hub locations to ensure safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors at respective locations. - Ensure implementation of Fire, Environment, Safety, Health and Governance (ESHG) norms for all sites. - Create strategy for customization of the Fire Life Safety requirement for each property in addition to the regulatory norms - Design / Update/ implement SOPs and prepare safety manuals, EHS policies for corporate and various locations and ensure strict enforcement/ implementation of these SOPs and polices.
