The role demands of involving lots of techniques and methods of data analysis.   Analytics:   - Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of ShadowFax in the business community   - Daily track on numbers to see any significant changes and reporting to senior management   - Have an in depth knowledge of competition and clients and ability to influence the market   - Ability to understand and analyse reports and dashboards for monitoring operational effectiveness and performance   - Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.   - Help in strategic planning by providing data driven insights, Work closely with management to prioritize business and monitoring requirements   - Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions   - Locate and define new internal process improvement opportunities   Skills required :   - Undergraduate from Tier 1 colleges   - Good knowledge of Excel and SQL  - Problem solving Ability and handling stressful and complicated situations   - Good to have : (Qlikview, Python, & Macros/VBA)   - Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally   - An entrepreneur at heart  - Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data  - 1-2 years of experience in Analytics / Operation's / E Commerce / Logistics Space
