As a Program Manager - Rider Happiness &amp; Loyalty You Will : - Own and drive the Rider Happiness Index and Loyalty metrics for Shadowfax's Delivery Partners - Carry out market research and partner surveys to assess satisfaction levels, ambitions and pulse of the deliver fleet - Drive end-to-end tactical planning &amp; process execution including but not limited to creating feasibility analysis, sharing live metrics, strategy for execution, while ensuring operational rigor - Drive efficiency, and scalability and continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination - Monitor and improve the program metrics with regards to budget, catalogues, ROI and partner queries - Design, develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to expand the reach of the program and build a strong brand - The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders
