Job Description - Liaise with key client POCs to grow and manage Shadowfax's business with them - Drive continuous performance improvement for the client through rigorous analysis, insights generation and execution on actions - Own the revenue target for assigned clients and drive continuous growth - Continuously identify service expansion opportunities for the clients - Track competitors' movement in the market as a proactive measure so as to retain the existing client base - Internally work cross-functionally with Ops and Supply teams to devise the best solutions for the clients Qualifications/Experience - Logistics experience not mandatory - IIT/IIM Preferred - Prior experience with Consulting or Operations Assignments preferred - Atleast 2-3 years of experience of working on client engagement preferred - Excellent analytical skills towards problem-solving - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
