Job Description :
- Manage the onboarding and training process for new employees, including orientation and training programs.
- Develop and implement strategic changes and programs that are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Ensuring leave and attendance policies are followed across the organization.
- Manager Exit/Separation Process
- Formulating attendance/leave/exit policies
- Collaborating with stakeholders for closing payroll inputs.
Requirements :
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Good knowledge of MS excel and google spreadsheets
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
